Eva Study by duece Eva Study by duece
I bought myself a posh A5 sketchbook today and am determined to fill it up with a sketch a day. Nothing really fantasy as such or any theme, studies instead. Here is the first.

Eva Green from Franklyn was in Total Film this month. She plays a suicidal artist. Didn't know they wrote a film with me in it ;)

So a sketch from the picture featured. Wanted to try out those awesome hand angles.

Awesome! Your hands are drawn so well. D: Hands are like the bane of my existence (and most artists I think ahaha). I really loved that movie... It was intense. I love Eva. She's so beautiful and talented.

I think her character was more of a "suicide artist" instead of a "suicidal artist" if that makes sense. ;)

hehe thats very kind, thanks very much.

And yeah, she was a bit crazy in that film, there was a little bit of my own stubborness in her character which I fell in love with. But then again I am biased, shes just inspiration for alot of things in my life. Not sure how or why and I'm sure she'd find that a bit weird. I would :p

But yeah I enjoyed Franklyn. Nice concept, could have been executed a little better, but thats what made it quite raw.

thanks agian for the comment and then fave :D
